Being self employed and working in London most days, I have to take a day off hoping to get an appointment on the actual day. This hasn’t been a good experience, as when you do eventually get through there are no more appointments. So a wasted day off work.

To be able to pre book an appointment.

My medicines have been taken off my repeats making it unable to prove my repeat prescription information to other health services and support workers and unable to access information to my actual current medication or prove my medication to government officials who make decisions based on my health.

Reinstate my pain medication and anti anxiety medication on to my repeat prescription form

Because it was quite easy to book an appointment

Injace never had a problem getting an appointment. If injace had to wait, it did not cause me a problem.

On a few occasions when injace had to collect paperwork from reception it has not been ready despite being told it would be ready.

In extremely challenging times each and every member of the team is helpful, compassionate and understanding, all providing an exemplary service. It is evident that it is well led and proactive in challenges faced by our health care services today.
